Skincare Myths 1- Natural products are always better for your skin.

Fact– Natural ingredient can cause irritation, inflammation or allergic reactions just as synthetic chemicals can. They can be beneficial, but the term “Natural” means not “better”.

        Many times, we get confused with brand name and actual ingredients. It’s essential to focus on the safety and efficacy of the INGREDIENT rather than its origin.

        Proper application and reapplication of sunscreen is more crucial than SPF number. No matter the SPF, sunscreen should be applied after every 2 hours.

        Choose a lightweight, non-sticky, non-greasy and non-comedogenic moisturizer that won’t clog pores. Look for the ingredient which adds hydration without adding excess oil; for example, hyaluronic acid.

Fact- Popping pimple can worsen the infection and inflammation causing dark scars.it can also push bacteria deeper inside the skin, causing more breakouts.
